Silver cross has the absolute worst customer service! Firstly my first pram broke - the folding mechanism snapped. It took MONTHS to get a response from them. I ended up having to go to consumer business for them to replace it under warranty. Now my new pram… an airline lost a front wheel while in transit. I have emailed them about 10 times to ask whether they sell front wheels separately (very simple question) with no response. I’ve now not had a working pram again for weeks. Me and my wife recently purchased a silver cross pram cove we have used for less than 7 weeks, we were having issues opening the pram out of the box, as the pram mechanism didnt want to open, we were told it needs abit more of a push (from a worker at silver cross customer service agent) .For which it took nearly 3 weeks to get a solution from there contact number dosent even work. Really disappointed with our experience with Silver Cross. My mum placed an order over 3 weeks ago and we’ve received no updates, despite multiple emails from both of us. Customer service has been extremely poor and unresponsive. For a premium brand, we expected much better communication and support.
No responses to us, we pre-ordered it, then we just unwrapped and found out the defection of the pram, the pram cannot be unfolded. We are still waiting for the reply. But it is really annoying.
This is by far the worst customer service experience we have ever had. We have been waiting 6 months for one order and nearly 2 months for another, with a total spend of over $2,000. That alone is unacceptable — but what makes this appalling is the complete lack of communication. Multiple emails have been sent and every single one has been ignored. There is no functional phone support, no updates, no explanations, and no way to get answers. Once Silver Cross has your money, they clearly have no interest in you as a customer.... read more
