Just want to give a huge shout out to the local team who helped us with a warranty issue - super helpful, quick to reply and quick to help rectify the situation! This alone is reason to buy from Silver Cross! Kellie and Aspen were super helpful - thank you again! Also love our pram the Wave 3 - such a great pram and though big does hold a lot of stuff!
Spent a fortune on the pioneer pram but found it really difficult to use and never ended up using it. The straps are a nightmare to adjust on it. It doesnt handle pavements well and its just so heavy and clunky. The hood faded quickly too and it was stored inside my garage. I bought it for the aesthetics but functionality wise its awful.
I have two Silver Cross prams—the Pioneer and the Reef—and I absolutely love them both. They’re not only comfortable and functional for my baby, but also incredibly stylish. Every time I go for a walk, I feel so happy and proud pushing them. The quality is outstanding, and the customer service was exceptional—truly going above and beyond when I needed support. I couldn’t be happier with my Silver Cross experience!
Very happy with our reef pram! It’s light weight and compact. Easy to manoeuvre!! Now looking at upgrading to the double pram for our second Bub as we have been so happy with the brand
