This is by far the worst customer service experience we have ever had. We have been waiting 6 months for one order and nearly 2 months for another, with a total spend of over $2,000. That alone is unacceptable — but what makes this appalling is the complete lack of communication. Multiple emails have been sent and every single one has been ignored. We have been trying to email, contacting via social media AND calling regarding our order placed over Black Friday sales - but have received zero response or updates. Extremely poor customer service! Spent thousands with silver cross. Had a missing item was told it would get shipped out first week of October it’s now December and still haven’t got my item. Tried contacting them multiple times via email as the actual contact number on the website does work, I’ve had zero responses. I now have to contact consumer rights as they have taken my money but never delivered the product. My pram never arrived, and the company provided no customer service at all—no replies to emails. The delivery information i received has fake labels of StarTrack. (Confirmed by StarTrack) and nothing was ever actually delivered. Based on my experience, the whole situation felt like a scam. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this seller.
