Wasn't even the right part that I needed after waiting over 4 months for it to show up. Oh and they won't give me a refund!

My generator was fixed and fully serviced, so am happy about that. I REALLY wanted to give five stars, but it took ~3 months to get it fixed (I think). I don't know for sure because on the third month I went by to see what was up and they said "oh, it's done... you here to pick it up?". I'm like... um, were you going to call and let me know it was done? Folks are friendly so that helped, but I wondered how long it would have been if would not have checked on a status?
Brought in my craftsman weed eater it wouldn't start. The guy too it in the back. Came out 10 minutes later bingo! I was back to work in no time with no charge for his service. Great people great service.
