Awaiting explanation, why doesn't Greg returns calls in a timely fashion & not be at the storage facility when he knows a big load truck is coming! We had to scramble today (Saturday) after 5pm to find another unit. Luckily we did. Imagine the hard stressful time of moving and your reserved storage unit not there! No one answering or returning calls! I wouldn't gamble it if I were you!
