I was seen initially by an FNP who did not correct me when I referred to her as Dr. Hensley. Her name is Jamie Hensley FNP-C NOT Dr. Hensley. I had set up an appointment for a skin condition that she did not even take a look at. She prescribed an antibiotic that I told her I was allergic too which caused a severe reaction and nobody in the practice could be reached when this occurred.
