Staff is awesome!! They are caring and always return calls promptly. They also work you in if you need a same day appointment. My husband and I are older and go to appointments together. We appreciate their willingness to help this happen, this way my hubby doesn't feel as though he's being baby-sat. They actually listen to the patient!!!

My husband and I have both been going to this practice for over a year now. We see Chelsey Adams and we cannot sing her enough praise! She is always open to help us facilitate treatment plans for whatever concerns we have and takes the time to listen and to explain to us both all the details we need to know to be well prepared and educated moving forward. This is an amazing facility. They make u feel like family. It's taken me years and I mean YEARS to finds a dr office i love and this is for sure the place. Chelsey Adam's is amazing, kind and truly cares her nurse Autumn is also amazing. I highly recommend silvercreek family practice.
This practice is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so inviting, helpful, and supportive! The entire staff is fantastic! You can tell that they love what they do and it shows in the care they give to their patients!
