I was seen initially by an FNP who did not correct me when I referred to her as Dr. Hensley. Her name is Jamie Hensley FNP-C NOT Dr. Hensley. I had set up an appointment for a skin condition that she did not even take a look at. She prescribed an antibiotic that I told her I was allergic too which caused a severe reaction and nobody in the practice could be reached when this occurred. Staff is awesome!! They are caring and always return calls promptly. They also work you in if you need a same day appointment. My husband and I are older and go to appointments together. We appreciate their willingness to help this happen, this way my hubby doesn't feel as though he's being baby-sat. They actually listen to the patient!!!

My husband and I have both been going to this practice for over a year now. We see Chelsey Adams and we cannot sing her enough praise! She is always open to help us facilitate treatment plans for whatever concerns we have and takes the time to listen and to explain to us both all the details we need to know to be well prepared and educated moving forward.
