Extremely disappointing and concerning experience I am extremely disappointed with the treatment and, more importantly, the documentation of the treatment my children received at this clinic. The dentist claimed that a filling had been completed and that full treatment had been provided. Very concerning experience. My children were billed for dental fillings that were not actually performed, yet the treatment was submitted to the insurance company as though it had been completed. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their billing we came back to do the tooth again the doctor said there is nothing need to be done So we have to go to another clinic and redo the tooth there and pays for it Just because this doctor claimed a full bill to his service left us with no more coverage for the teeth he ha... read more
I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this dental clinic. Family members were treated at this clinic, and I was told that fillings had been completed. However, when we later visited another dental office, new X-rays and examinations showed no treatment been done the tooth has been covered with one surface What is especially concerning is that the treatment was recorded as completed and billed through dental insurance/CDCP, even though it had not actually been done. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
Expensive, with very poor quality of service. My daughter had a filling done at this clinic, and it fell out within just a few days. She then developed pain and an abscess. I took her back to the clinic for a check-up and was charged CAD 100 for an “emergency visit,” only to be told that they couldn’t do anything. I had to take my daughter to another dental clinic, where the treatment had to be redone.
