Silver Creek condos has vastly improved over the last couple of years, due to new management on board, better maintenance contracts and personnel. The grounds are well kept, amenities are always being upgraded, and security has improved significantly. The HOA office staff is friendly and helpful, and the board is now taking a proactive stance for the future of the complex. It’s quiet and central to schools, shopping and downtown. Now… please bring the outdoor spa back in Winter!
