Over a $100 for a new kitten exam?! Called a different vet. and they said they bundle the exam w/ the vaxs and it would be $40... Thanks Silver Creek.....

SOOOO Glad that Silver Creek was available for my emergency! When no other clinic would fit in my pet with a huge cut on his side, Silver Creek got me right in and took awesome care of my bleeding dog and made me feel like I was in good hands. They are the best and I will return!
When called with a reminder of my appointment I was given the wrong time. I showed up at the time they said to come and was told that my appointment was later. I asked if I could leave them there for the hour to which they said no, when in the past I have always been able to drop off my dogs and pick them up later. I have just returned from Silver Creek Animal Clinic. The trip itself was an hour plus rounf trip. When I got to the clinic, 10 minutes early, I did the check in thing and I was asked to take a seat, "it will be just a minute or two". I had made an appointment. 50 minutes later, I still had not seen the vet, nor been advised that the vet was running late and in the mean time trying to sooth the poor unfortunate kitten that was confined in the travel crate.
