Had the Jacuzzi room. I'd say 3.5 stars, would have been 4 stars but our room had a throw up smell and the desk person didnt seem to care or check to see if housekeeping had something to help. Next time I'm bringing a travel febreeze room spray
They printed a room key for an unauthorized person without any type of confirmation or verification from me & i ended up having a night from hell. Spent most of my stay sitting outside for my safety and sanity. -____- do better.
Friendly staff, sparkling clean rooms, and good quality grab bags for breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Adding on to our review, we stayed here again April 2021 and we were equally impressed with their service. The staff continued to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Still had sparkling clean lobby space and rooms, free parking, and the breakfast bags were still delicious (fresh muffins, eggs, yogurt, etc.) Highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.
It was purchased by city for a Homeless shelter. How dare you Silver Cloud
