Tattoo by Joe Boyle My husband had a tattoo that he originally got done in Everett, when he was first stationed in WA a couple of years ago and shortly after we got engaged in Italy, he went to one of the local artists and had her add some more on his arm to make it a full quarter sleeve. I was not impressed by the work that the Italian girl did but he had it finished by Joe Boyle at Silver City. He did awesome work and made the tattoo look so much better. The staff was also very friendly.
