The lady working there was super personable and friendly . Talked about all the different pieces and I ended up picking a ring that was $180 and I felt confident with my purchases per reviews and all the information she gave me. 2 days later the ring started to tarnish and looked like something I could have bought at Claire’s. I called and sent an email both with no response. I’m super bummed because it seemed like a great experience .
