Thought I would grab a Tropic Haze on draft up here in Portland because it was a classic beer where I lived…taste nothing like what it should. A bitter bomb. Knew this would happened after the merger. Another good beer ruined
Ordered the shrimp and calamari appetizer, that was very flavorful and delicious. The staff were nice and helpful….The clam chowder tasted like cheese and bacon, I don’t recommend. The fettuccine jambalaya, looks good but tasted very plain. I had to add salt, pepper and red pepper fakes in order to eat it. They use the smallest shrimp so you can barely taste them. My mom had a French dip, it had too much fat in it, almost every bite. We don’t plan on going back.
