Quaint older MHP.
Just moved in and already feels like home. Peaceful and quiet. All staff has been awesome. Hector came and checked to see if I needed anything.
Price increase every year they use the same excuse that they go based on the housing market, but yet nothing gets improved. The price of trash pick up is $23 and comes once per week. The neighbors' community pays less for trash and gets a 2x a week pick up. Park managers are very demanding and invasive. It feels like you are living in someone's place of business rather than a warm community.
