Silver Canoe & White Water Rafting located on the Delaware River (Pond Eddy to be exact) REFUSED to help 10 boy scouts in need. These scouts overshot their intended stop and asked to stop at the Silver Canoe's landing so they could arrange a ride back up stream. The staff member at the location called the owner, who REFUSED to allow them access to their landing so they could get off the river.
