I called in December 2024 to have my propane insert serviced as it wasn't working. We wanted it to be done professionally. Two young guys came out and were polite. The one working on the stove said it was a trial by fire . As he wasn't sure what was wrong. He ended up replacing a few parts with used parts from the truck . This heat source is important to use we would have footed the bill for new parts. The part we thought we needed was suppose to be on the truck before the service visit. It wasn't. I contacted them in November about some maintenance on my stove. They were fairly prompt in scheduling someone to come check it out and sending an invoice. I paid a significant deposit and was told they would be back in three weeks to do the work. After 4 weeks I heard nothing and when I called they wanted to come take a second look, then changed the plan on what they were going to fix. Jim is owner and an expert when it comes to wood and propane stoves. We have purchased several here and its where our new replacement stove will be purchased this spring. Recommended.
