Amazing gym with kilo plates and great cardio machines including a stairmaster and treadmills! Owner is welcoming, easy to reach and easy to work with, highly recommended!
Hands down best gym in the city. Came for work got the one week pass and exceeded expectations! Definitely my go to gym anytime I come down.
In town for a short/work overnight. Called Silver Barbell because I read the fantastic reviews. Jason was very accommodating and charged a very reasonable fee to use his gym. Very well organized, clean gym offering great lifting options. I am a cardio junkie and used the air bike and step-master…then some weights. It is small gym but is well organized /has nice equipment and is very functional,. Thank you again!
Very nice gym with everything you need to get in a great workout.
Perfect gym not too crowded felt very comfortable and welcomed! just like family would recommend for a friend they have a sauna also!
