Excellent place and doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful. Glad I took my Mom. Better experience than Livingston.
What a piece of work this lady is! Literally screaming very loud in peoples faces as if she owns the whole parking area around her building not to mentions she's a hearing aid provider knowing very well screaming is not good for the health of your ear drums, she was that loud in peoples faces!! Her behavior was an embarrassment to herself and her business. I definitely would not want this woman to have anything to do with my ears.
Completely unprofessional. I came here to be apart of an Autism awareness event and was parked 2 businesses down from here. Dr Sankovitz came up to my jeep screaming at me before I even got out..about how I could not park there. She was a foot away from me flinging her arms at me. An ounce of candor and kindness would have gone a long way. You can definitely tell she must feel she’s so important and entitled to be able to treat a complete stranger so rudely. Dr. Terry is the best. She worked with me under Medicare to determine what kind of hearing aid I really needed, and then worked with the VA to get me to best equipment. She is patient-focused and experienced, offers old-school training/expertise combined new-school tech. Couldn’t recommend her more highly, and would give her ten stars if I could!
