Ranger the white and red shop dog is just the sweetest! I walk by his shop a couple of times a week, as part of my weekly routine. Today, I sat down on the bench outside the door, taking a break from carrying some heavy stuff in the heat, and taking a brief opportunity to enjoy the music being played at Vintage across the street. Very poor customer service and silver necklace product. Silver necklace broke less than 7 months after purchasing it. Brought back the receipt along with my credit card statement to show proof of purchase. The manager failed to refund me or exchange it but she stated that it is normal silver necklace to break. Unacceptable. Do not purchase quality merchandise poor quality.
