Very poor customer service and silver necklace product. Silver necklace broke less than 7 months after purchasing it. Brought back the receipt along with my credit card statement to show proof of purchase. The manager failed to refund me or exchange it but she stated that it is normal silver necklace to break. Unacceptable. Do not purchase quality merchandise poor quality.
