Very Sneaky & Unethical. Be Very Careful What You Sign! I had signed a YEAR contact with Fatima on 10/7/17. In Feb 18, they suggested that I take my house off the market for the winter months. In April 18, they wanted to put it back. Lisa said that I had to sign "an updated radon form'. In Sept 18, she asked for an Open House on 10/7/18. That was the last day of my contract. She said it didn't end until 4/17/19??? I never signed Another Year Contract! So now I have to take them to the Realtor Board! Very Unprofessional!
