Expensive and hasn't updated equipment for decades. Plastic only gets half the brand name life in Australia. Parts are very difficult to replace and design is not suited for conditions in NQLD or QLD in general. No stock held in any location. Very difficult to navigate technical support. Silvan needs to work on supplying better gear if they are expecting to maintain a premium price.
