Michael came to check out my mothers leaking hot water system. Showed us the problem - was very factual and honest and gave us the option to repair or replace - we decided to replace and Michael was able to do it in the same day. Highly recommend
Non urgent matter but still dealt with promptly (appointment made that suited my schedule). Michael arrived 2 minutes before agreed time (which I though was fantastic for a tradie... Ha! Ha!). After repair spent time discussing bathroom renovations which was much appreciated. Thank you and would recommend to others.
