Non urgent matter but still dealt with promptly (appointment made that suited my schedule). Michael arrived 2 minutes before agreed time (which I though was fantastic for a tradie... Ha! Ha!). After repair spent time discussing bathroom renovations which was much appreciated. Thank you and would recommend to others.

I called Michael around 7.00 PM on a Tuesday evening and related the issue I had with a blocked drain. He was quick to understand the problem and gave me instructions to solve the problems on the phone. He was willing to help and didn’t want to simply charge me money but was happy to help on the phone free of charge. People of this nature are an absolute treasure.
