R u still in business…we tried calling multiple times…left VM’s and texts but no replies at all since past month!!!
Eric did a great job with the installation of our tankless hot water system a few years ago. However, one of our two units stopped working a few weeks ago, with red flashing error messages on the display. I texted Eric. While he initially answered me back quickly, I haven’t been able to get in touch with him since. No answer to several texts and a VM on his phone. Does not respond. Came to house and told me he would have quotes shortly. I have attempted to contact him for the last 3 weeks or more and have not gotten any type of response. Knows the severity of a situation and does not even have the decency to say he can’t do the job. Don't waste your time.
Long after your install, your unit has an error and you receive a phone call from Eric because he’s still looking out for you. Better than any YouTube video, he got on FaceTime and talked me through a temporary fix to keep us with hot water for the weekend! What great service!!!!
