Alex, the owner of the business has posted business hours of 12 noon on Fridays and told him I would be there on Friday at 12 noon. So at 12 noon I show up and he is not open at 12 noon. So next I call him and he says he is having a bad day and will instead open at 12:40 pm. So I am busy and then go to someone else.
