I have had 4 vehicles repaired by Silva Family Automotive in the last couple of months. If you need quality automotive repair this is the place to go. It is very rare that you get spot on diagnosis, quality repairs, and excellent service all at one place. They stay in constant communication with you throughout the entire process. I had my car at another shop abut a mile away, they said I needed a new transmission…..I was not convinced and I was not impressed with their lack of customer service so I explored other options. I called Silva, Raphael answered and was beyond kind, patient and willing to explain processes with me. He told me to bring it by.
