I was visiting TX and I needed car service, I was referred to this family business. Owner was very friendly, pleasant and professional as well as his wife Susie. They took great care of my car. Brought my SUV in for a leak at the transmission cooling line and had a wonderful experience . Was quoted a fair price. After the job was completed in only 3 hrs I was told there was an issue on what was quoted because there was an additional charge for the part when it was ordered. I’m GLAD to say after they explained the extra charge for the part and it was not going to be added to my bill and they were going to honor the original quote. That is customer service at its finest. I have taken my car into this shop several times, and most recently my granddaughter’s car, to be worked on. I have been very pleased and satisfied with the work that has been done on both cars. The Silvas are professional and honest. They explain everything step by step as to what they are going to do with your vehicle and make sure you understand and acknowledge receipt of the process. I will continue to go to them and I highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair and service.
Had an amazing experiencing bringing my Jeep into Silva Family Automotive. They were incredibly thorough. They explained everything in such great detail to make sure I understood & was comfortable with what needed to be done & pricing. We had the best experience at Silva Family Automotive. We had a terrible experience with another automotive repair company and I called Silva to request an appointment and was able to take our car in within 30 minutes of my phone call. We were given a price range for the needed repair…best and worst case scenario. Thankfully, the repair was done at the best case scenario cost.
