Went here for an oil change last week. The price was great, and the service was as well. A great local and family owned place to get my truck serviced. I was in and out of there in about a half hour, and paid less than I would have at any of the big box oil change shops.
I've been through this shop a few different times and it is always a pleasure. Rafael is always honest and straightforward about what my vehicle needs. Extremely fair pricing and high quality work. As a former technician and truck driver I have been through a lot of shops big and small. A quality, honest, and clean facility is not as common as you might think and thats why I appreciate everytime I work with this shop.
I brought my daughter’s Jeep to Silva Family Automotive and was really impressed with the service. They were professional, upfront, and took care of the issue without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. They explained what was going on in a way that made sense and treated us like valued customers. Definitely good to know we have a trustworthy shop like this nearby. Highly recommend them.
Very friendly, attentive, professional, helpful, upfront, and honest - it feels like they truly care about helping YOU! I had two leaks from the coolant system. They located them and got the repairs to my truck completed quicker than I expected, especially since they were so busy when I dropped it off. Kept me updated on the estimate and the text notifications were convenient. No complaints!
Took my wife's SUV there for maintenance service and I am very happy with the pre-work service and discussion about what needs to be done and what doesn't (they didn't try to get me to do everything possible on a car). The work was finished early which helped with our pickup of the car. Awesome job. I will be taking my car there in Feb for maintenance work and some repair work it needs.
