I have taken my car into this shop several times, and most recently my granddaughter’s car, to be worked on. I have been very pleased and satisfied with the work that has been done on both cars. The Silvas are professional and honest. They explain everything step by step as to what they are going to do with your vehicle and make sure you understand and acknowledge receipt of the process. I will continue to go to them and I highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair and service.

Had an amazing experiencing bringing my Jeep into Silva Family Automotive. They were incredibly thorough. They explained everything in such great detail to make sure I understood & was comfortable with what needed to be done & pricing. There was a lot of work to be done, but I was blown away with their turnaround time. I had my vehicle back the following morning. I am so thankful to have finally found a reliable and trustworthy mechanic in San Antonio! Thank you Silva Family Automotive.

We had the best experience at Silva Family Automotive. We had a terrible experience with another automotive repair company and I called Silva to request an appointment and was able to take our car in within 30 minutes of my phone call. We were given a price range for the needed repair…best and worst case scenario. Thankfully, the repair was done at the best case scenario cost.
