Visiting my mother-in-law in Tracy Calif and the lights in her house were flickering so called Tony at Silva electric to come and see what the problem was. Tony said he would but i should call PGE as the problem could be checked by them for free. Called PGE and they came out in 15 minutes and took care of the problem. Thanks to Steve with PGE for a great job but a special thanks to Tony for his advice and saving a 91 yr old lady on a fixed income money.
