I tend to switch around places but wanted to keep it local this time. I stopped by and the main person wasn’t there, but they let me know he’d be back in about 30 minutes. I decided to wait and sure enough he was back right on time. The process itself only took about 20 minutes. They had chairs set up outside the building with shade and a nice breeze, so I really didn’t mind the wait. They even offered water, and I appreciated that they communicated clearly and followed through. Overall a smooth and easy experience.
