I stored a 750 sq ft apartment in a 5x5 unit for about 7 months. On the 7th month i paid my storage rent as normal, EARLY actually for the month of march. Well, we happen to get lucky and find a place to go. I stored my stuff for maybe 3 days out of the whole month and they REFUSED to give me a prorated refund for the other 26 days i wouldnt be using the storage. I will never do business with this place again. Someone also needs to teach that old bat in the office to get off of her phone!! She has the worst customer service ... read more
