Great staff. Every employee contacted in two visits were friendly, helpful and desiring to help.
The service department, I came to drop off for a recall on my vehicle that I had received in the mail. I walk in and am ignored by people passing when abruptly these ladies ask what I need in an inconveniencing way, I said I need to drop off my car for a recall and they both scoff saying they don't accept drop offs without appointments and I explained if I need to make an appointment that is okay let's do that and she then doubles down and says to leave my car since I'm already there which made it seem like they could of don... read more
Rick in fleet is awesome, informative and friendly. I have been a Silsbee Ford customer for 15 plus years and have never had a problem but have enjoyed the benefits of the great staff
Ford got into contact about me with an issue I was having and came to a solution. Great costumer service!!
Not a horrible experience! They did fix my first issue. Only complaint is that they are impossible to get on the phone or have someone in the service department call you back.
