Called well before closing took two calls to get the parts department voicemail. No worries I’m not the only one on the planet….I left a polite message stating what I needed and waited…I never received a call back. I called Doggett and had what I needed within minutes I will pick up the part tomorrow when they get transferred from one of their other stores. Missed opportunity Silsbee Ford.
