GREAT experience,Must be running under new management! – I began dealing with Silogram about two months ago. I own a nice sized Quick Lube so i order plenty of product from this company. I can honestly say these people must have gotten their act together, maybe new management?? New vendor?? Both?? I don't agree with these two other reviews. So far the customer service, delivery, and product has been EXCELLENT! The prices and products are great! I reccomend giving Silogram a chance!
DON'T BE RIPPED OFF BY THESE CROOKS. – OUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. THEY ADVERTISED HOME HEATING OIL AT A 50 CENTS DISCOUNT AND UNDER A DIFFERENT COMPANY NAME. WHEN WE GOT OUR DELIVERY, IT SCREWED UP BOTH OUR OIL BURNERS, AND WE HAD TO HAVE A SEPARATE COMPANY COME OUT TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. WHAT THEY FOUND WAS, THAT THE OIL THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE HOME HEATING OIL WAS REALLY CONTAMINATED WASTE OIL. stay away if you want to keep your business in business – Stay Away if you value your business. New customer, salesman came in promising the world, beat all competitors. Filled my oil tank with used oil and ruined several motors. Hid from all my telephone calls, never even followed up after the delivery. Intentional deception to cover his rent.
