This is a great gym for someone who prefers to have their own private gym in a big city. One hour is more than enough time and this location has high quality equipment: Rogue, TRX, PowerBlocks. Its a fitness junkie's dream come true!
Excellent gym. Completely private, clean and well equipped. Squat rack, cables, bells, rowers/bikes. Excellent lighting and mirrors. Bluetooth speakers. Full showers with soaps (no towels)
