Same Review as everyone else’s! I can’t believe they have the most unprofessional rudest front desk clerks I’ve ever encountered! how do they still have a Job! Please can someone get a supervisor to check on these employees and why are they not helping the community like they are suppose to be helping.! I rather drive to another city for Wic than get it here in Siloam.

Dios mio que personas mas pesimas desde las recepcionistas hasta las enfermeras, es muy pesimo el servicio que ofrecen, realmente uno paga sus taxes y cuando hay necesidad acude a este lugar , hoy lleve a mi nino de 2 anos a su cita y es deprimente la forma grocera de tratarlo, me le tomo la prueba de sangre de su dedito y le quedo sangrando mucho , no medio ni una band aid, y luego siguio en la computadora con las preguntas, el nino se me bajo y toco la cama y vio que sangraba y rapido empezo a limpiar y me aparto al nino, ... read more

This wic office tells you one thing and then you walk in and it's another story. It is unfortunately the most unhelpful wic office I have ever been to.

First window is nice and helpful. 3rd window not so much. I get it, I hate my job also. The only difference is I don't get to just be unfriendly to everyone. I would rather sit at my desk without interruption but I respond to customers in a way they might want to come back, no matter how inconvenient it is.
