All you have to do is walk in the door and they’re already upset. I wish the city had someone in that position that didn’t seem so miserable and rude!

Very rude staff. Always the same bad experience each and every time.
For a place that works with families and children they are some of the rudest front office workers I have encountered. You could at least be kind and smile. Most of us don't want to be there either.
