They were fine both visits, but the follow up has been horrible. They are quick to charge me my co pay up front yet im going 4 weeks now and I can’t get any help from them. Dr told me he would try to see if the expensive medication would be covered and call me back. All they did was prescribe me this expensive medication that isn’t covered (I had to dig around and find out bc he lied and never intended on calling me). Seriously they worst place ever!! I had a appointment at 11:30. I was unable to get in because the door was locked. Someone came out so I went in. Checked in said was I late and couldn't see me. I was late because your door was locked.... They said I would have to reschedule. Now why would I do that when I literally took off work to come to this appointment?
