Not real happy with the scheduling at this place. I am constantly getting my appointments rescheduled because the doctor is gonna be out of office and usually when cancel my appointment it's several months out before I can get back in. One experience I had I made an appointment and it took nearly a year to get back in because they had to keep rescheduling because the doc was gonna be out of office. This is terrible. I have many health issues and need to be able to depend on my doctor. Everybody is very friendly though.
They were fine both visits, but the follow up has been horrible. They are quick to charge me my co pay up front yet im going 4 weeks now and I can’t get any help from them. Dr told me he would try to see if the expensive medication would be covered and call me back. All they did was prescribe me this expensive medication that isn’t covered (I had to dig around and find out bc he lied and never intended on calling me). I called and all they say is they will pass it along to the nurse and they will call. It’s been weeks of me ... read more
My husband is diabetic and has been without his medication because this office will not give the insurance the information needed. Going on weeks now!!! Shameful!! He sees Jennifer Smith. Do better!!!!
