Norman helped me when I was stranded with a dead battery in my apartment complex. Discovering the battery needed to be replaced he offered to replace the battery for me same day. Norman went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful for his help! Will absolutely be back!!
Good prices and went above and beyond service. Staff was professional and kind. Jumped my car for me and fixed the battery when I was in a tight spot. Also fixed my broken wipers and filled up the fluids on my car. He looked for good prices on winter tires and I appreciate how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is especially when I was stressed. I'll continue to go back! Thank you so much for all the hard work you guys do!
I bought a car from Norman Walker, I paid full price, and immediately paid in full. Mr Walker wouldn't supply me with registration, claimed the owner was "like 99". In fact I found out after two police visits and begging him for information, the owner had died 13 years earlier. Thanks a lot for the run around. And head gasket blew the next day after 350 miles
