The best plumber I've ever had! Called to have someone come to fix our sump pump in our rental home and Simon made it out after hours, coming over an hour away to fix the issue right that evening. Thank you Silo!
Visited property, walked them through the projects. Decided on getting a quote. Followed up several times. Zero response. That’s not how current or prospective customers should be treated. At least have the maturity of responding saying you don’t have time or you can’t do the work.
Silo plumbing was recommended by a friend. Sometimes it's hard to know who to call for repairs or installs. Simon stood out to me as the best overall experience of any plumbers I've hired to date. Personable, excellent work, and overall a great experience every time. If you can get Silo in your area, I would look to them first.
