We have used Silo plumbing for a number of years now and have always been extremely happy with the service and quality of work that has been done. Simon is fantastic and has always worked hard to fit us in quickly, especially in an urgent situation (burst pipes etc). Simon has been great to work with, knowledgeable, courteous, fair pricing, and good workmanship. Definitely recommend.
The best plumber I've ever had! Called to have someone come to fix our sump pump in our rental home and Simon made it out after hours, coming over an hour away to fix the issue right that evening. Thank you Silo!
Visited property, walked them through the projects. Decided on getting a quote. Followed up several times. Zero response. That’s not how current or prospective customers should be treated. At least have the maturity of responding saying you don’t have time or you can’t do the work.
