History Established in 1995. Silly Billy (David Kaye) has been a magician since he was 6 years old. He ultimately created his own original theories of entertaining children with magic and comedy, which he published in his first book, Seriously Silly. This book has become the Bible of children's magic, teaching magicians around the world how to perform in David's style. In addition to being a full time performer he also invents magic tricks for magicians, as well as speaking at magician conferences in 25 countries.
