We bought a post driver that had a Honda motor in it that went bad after a few months of purchase. So we took it here for the Honda warranty. They took it apart then proceeded to tell us that the warranty isn’t covered! We went to go pick it up and they gave us the motor in pieces! They refused to put it back together unless we paid them even though they took it apart! They should have gave it back the way they received it! Would not recommended this place!
Huge thank you to Sills Motor for the great service! They picked up my snow blower, repaired it, and had it back to me within a week — right in the middle of January and just before a winter storm. The service manager was awesome and always took the time to update me when I called. Really impressed with the communication and turnaround time.
Just like hanging with the old timers at the barber shop and they actually had what I needed.

We are so very blessed to have the oldest BMW Motorcycle Dealership in the United States, and Zach, one of the top technicians in the United Sates local and accessible to us as motorcycle enthusiasts.
