Poorly managed The landlords have been doing construction on apartments in the building with significant disruption to the other tenants. They have not communicated at all. When they turned my water off without telling me (!!) the woman I spoke to about it in the office was unbelievably rude. How could she think that turning my water off without telling me was anything other than a huge mistake on their part? Her attitude was ridiculous.
