I visited the Quick Lane service center and appreciated the thorough inspection and tire recommendations. I would have liked a little more explanation regarding some of the inspection findings, but overall I had a positive experience.
My vehicle had an electronic device failure. The team at Sil Terhar diagnosed the issue and got it fixed.
Dropped van off early at 730am for simple oil change, rear brakes and couple other items. Said would be done at 4. Showed up at 330pm. Said I need to load van at warehouse before 430 when they close. He said would put two guys on it. Was still on lift at 430. Then tried to charge me another $300 above what they said I would pay. Wouldn’t recommend any service with this place. Crappy service.
