I called at 6:50 pm to see if I could make an appointment for my daughter as their website says they are open until 8 pm. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and simply said “no I’m closed” and proceeded to hang up the phone. No question of whether I wanted to book for tomorrow or another day. The kind of “customer service” that makes you feel like you’ve done something wrong just by calling and trying to make an appointment. Sally is fantastic! My daughter had her nails done here for her formal and they look so good. After a week and a half and swimming everyday they still look amazing!
