I’ve been getting waxed by Kayla for years, and she is truly the BEST waxer I’ve ever had! She always makes me feel so comfortable and does an amazing job every single time. Even when I miss an appointment or go way longer than I should between waxes, I swear she has a magic touch that somehow makes it barely hurt! I seriously wouldn’t trust anyone else! if you’re looking for someone who’s professional, talented, and makes the whole experience as painless as possible, Kayla is your girl!
My mom was recently paralyzed due to a stroke and she’s on a lot of steroids and blood thinners that can make waxing dangerous. Kayla took her time with my mom and tweezed her eyebrows while my mom was in her wheelchair at at very strenuous angle. She was incredible!! When you go ask for Kayla she was so kind and accommodating. She made my mom feel beautiful
Clean professional environment with excellent service
This was my first time going to this business and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The girl (Ariani) that did my wax was the most uninviting person. I don’t know but in this type of field I feel as you should make the client feel most comfortable. There was no engagement what so ever. When it came to checkout Ariani was whispering about me to the other girl trying to check me out right in front of me. Just an overall bad experience and I will not be returning.
I’ve been coming to this location for a while now I’ve never had somebody take peace by peace instead of stripping off the whole wax piece. They just placed the wax on. It was the most painful wax experience I’ve ever had I have wax burn and I still have hair down there that could’ve been waxed where’s my wax Girl at ?
