My Experience has not been great building my first home with Silkwood homes. I was constantly re asking the same questions & even still have not had a response to clearly outline plans to work through defects. The site supervisor used explicit language in a email to me & Tried to cover up broken storm water pipe underneath my back yard by placing a grate into dirt (See images) & just not communicating that the Yard my need to be dug up to repair, this was after waiting almost 4 months for him to fix the hole.
