If I could give zero stars, I would. We had our counters installed by this company while we were away on vacation. When we returned, we noticed our brand-new fridge had been damaged—clearly hit during the counter installation. I contacted the management team to see how they planned to handle the situation. Their solution? Wait for someone from their team to come assess the damage. When that person finally showed up, they simply claimed their team wasn’t responsible.
