Best silk press I’ve had in DFW. My hair always come out so shiny and silky....I’m hooked! Plus Kaylse is so personable and welcoming 7/2025 Editing my previous 5 star review Silk Pressed has lost a long time customer due to their rescheduling policy. Clean space, welcoming staff, and serviced on time!!! I opted for the smoothing treatment, Kalyse was very informative about the process & did an amazing job on my hair transformation.

I want to make it clear that my issue is not with the shop itself or the stylist who worked on my hair, but with the owner and how she handled the situation afterward. I booked a half-up half-down quick weave and the appointment lasted nearly 6–8 hours, which is way too long for that style. I was charged an unexpected detangling fee and left unattended while under the dryer. I had and Amazing time at Silkpress! My stylist was Nasha and she was Awesome! She made feel so comfortable and relaxed. Everything about this experience was Amazing. I will definitely be back. Thank you Nasha you understood the assignment.
