I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but based on what happened to me here, there’s no way around it and I feel that it is important for other people to know. I came here last week to get my first silk press. The owner seemed nice enough but she and her daughter, who also worked on my hair that day, failed to give me any advice on how to maintain my silk press, gave me a hairstyle that didn’t suit my overall style and the daughter burned my ear a couple of times.
