I bought ilk'n Flash&Go Pro Hair Removal this January. After about one month , it broke and I had to claim the warranty . I have been using it since and I was sincerely expecting more based on the price of the machine. It has been about 6 months and I still have a lot of hair. I have noticed some difference, but not how they promised. I used a Remington machine some years ago, and I definitely feel Remington works much better and in less time. Hopefully this one is going to work eventually

I bought Silk'n Infinity probably close to two years ago. The first time around, I'd used it as recommend, but nothing changed with my hair or growth, so I tossed it on a shelf. About 3 months ago I started using it again after deciding that I should either use it or toss it. I started using it once a week even though it's only supposed to be used once every 4 weeks (figured I had nothing to lose anyhow). But what a difference now! We bought the Silk'n Flash&Go Pro Hair Removal Device from Home Skinovations for our daughter. She is just starting using it, so far the instructions are straightforward. I will let her write her own review after she uses the device for a while. What I want to mention here is the amazing customer service. I had an inquiry after buying the product and the reply and feedback was totally satisfactory. If the product works as good as the customer service is, I guess we could say that this company is worth a 10/10.
