I booked a tour for this place. not only did she say tours can only be held Tuesday and Thursday, but when i rescheduled it to Tuesday and drove an hour for the appointment, she couldn’t be reached by phone and was not there to give us the tour. It is very disappointing to say the least and it displays bad management
The property manager Kemora and Mike are very professional and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!
edit: It's been months and despite claiming to be "working on the issue" nothing has been done. Not even setting up posters. Actually, they took the poster I put up reminding people that the gym is not sound proof down. ALSO THERE'S A CURRENT MOUSE INFESTATION! BEWARE: If you live ANYWHERE near the gym on the first floor you will be treated to a lovely 24/7 performance of people slamming weights because management refuses to actually spend the time and money to soundproof the gym!! It’s v unfortunate that I’ve been unable to schedule a tour with Silk Lofts for the last 1.5 months. Nobody’s available on the property or answers calls. If you schedule something on the website, nobody’s checking it. I keep getting automated marketing emails to schedule an appointment though. Booked a physical tour and informed the contact person on email. They cancelled it last minute. The property looks great but feels like the management doesn’t want to work. Are you guys even open to leasing or is the building closed?
