Have stayed here on many occasions and is always my go to in Port D. Great location , great rates and awesome staff who are very accomodating. Shannon the property manager is a credit to the place and really helped me and my daughter out as we had a late flight out of Cairns. This was really helpful. Recommend to all . Thank you

Currently staying here and the worst place I’ve stayed. I’m have added photos and videos so you can understand. The pillows are lumpy and horrible. The view… well you can see, and I hope you like drilling as that is what you will hear at 0700. Bathroom is very out dated and the shower does its own thing. At best I would say that this is 3*. Spoke to the manager and they said nothing they can do. We got an email saying there is work in the final stages on a neighbouring block… but fails to say it was out side the patio doors ... read more

Booked last minute and late checkin, Shannon made a seamless check in and contactable throughout. Very modern look and feel abit back from noise although on the main street. Def recommend great value and next to my new face cafe Fresq!

I can only describe my stay here as perfect. I had an incredibly busy schedule, with 2 full-day activities booked in my 2-night stay, arriving after midnight on the first day. This timetable does not fit well with the reception times for check-in and check-out, but after communicating my situation to the staff they easily offered me options to make it work, even keeping my luggage after the check-out.
