Great location in the main street. Reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful A shout out to Shannon who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible . The only thing there is no lifts so dragging suitcases up the stairs was a bit difficult but the ladies helped with that. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed a few nights here recently and overall we enjoyed it. The location is perfect and the ability to do ‘out of hours’ check in was useful, though we arrived after lunchtime and there was no one there at the reception. We never saw a receptionist or the reception open the whole time we were there, however we were up and out quite early and late back for trips etc. The rooms are clean, air con good and beds comfy. Credit where credit is due. Best location and staff were fantastic. Everything right down to the quality of the sheets were great. It will be my go to next time I am here.

We stayed 5 nights in SilkariThe Pavilions Port Douglas. Thelocation is excellent and in a heart of Port Douglas, cose to eveything. The carport was bonus and it was so handy to have it. The room was very adequate, clean, bed was comfortable. It was good to have balcony which we used early in morning and late in night. We used pool once. The water was cold for us, especially spa, so we decided not to use it again. Regardless we did have lovely stay at Silkari.
