Cant sing praises loud enough for this company. Professional and personable. Been using the products since before they had a natural line and my clients are always happy with their hair.
I have been supporting Silk 2 since before I came a stylist over 18 years ago. My stylist used the products and when I became a stylist I opted to as well. I have often spoken highly of Mr. Searles and his lovely wife. I can say after my experience dealing with Deloris today I cannot support the brand any longer. I will not be privy to rudeness or unprofessionalism. I spoke with her around 12:15 today. She told me the office closes at 6:00 & they are closed on Friday.
