Very happy with the results and professional approach.
I have used Silkwood many times over the years, and have always been able to count on them for positive results, with prompt and courteous responsiveness. A true gem in the industry!
The absolute worst. Avoid at all costs! (This is not for an apartment complex, I have first hand knowledge of your *bad* service.)
Very poor working culture. Incalculable results after items were serviced. Overall, after seeing their work, I would hire a different company or do it yourself--it will look the same if not better and will save you a lot of time and money.
silkwood is a terrible company Do Not Use Them!! I repeat Do Not Use Them!!! Worst decision of my life Doesn't honor anything they say over the phone. Scheduled a appointment for them they came the wrong day and they blamed the issue on the client. Unorganized business will never work with them again zero stars should be a option.
