I had an area rug and 1 curtain cleaned. They returned both and the curtain was all wrinkled. I didn't accept it. After speaking to the manager about the wrinkled curtain she said the charge to clean it is $225ish and they gave me a discount. The price doesn't include pressing. Cleaning only! Pressing whould cost an additional 100ish. So I said please just bring it back wrinkled then and I will pay for the Cleaning only. Very happy with the results and professional approach.
I have used Silkwood many times over the years, and have always been able to count on them for positive results, with prompt and courteous responsiveness. A true gem in the industry!
The absolute worst. Avoid at all costs! (This is not for an apartment complex, I have first hand knowledge of your *bad* service.)
Very poor working culture. Incalculable results after items were serviced. Overall, after seeing their work, I would hire a different company or do it yourself--it will look the same if not better and will save you a lot of time and money.
