Very good staff!
No one should ever have to wait 45 minutes for a SCHEDULED visit (due to overbooking), then feel rushed and spoke to in a condescending and dismissive manner during the exam. The Dr left the door to the exam room wide open during my entire exam, which was a lack of common courtesy and privacy. The perception is this place is all about making money rather than the care of their patients.
Dr Silk is consummate professional . I am looking forward to a complete fix and recovery. I should also add that his staff was great at my several visits
Very decent, cheerful and well experienced staff. They're able to explain issues to my best understanding. Lovely doctor and staff.
